Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $65. Free shipping applies to contiguous U.S. addresses only and excludes expedited, overnight, and international shipping options.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional charge applies)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

International Shipping We do ship internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Shipments We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@crazyaboutcandles.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to make it right.
