After placing your order and receiving an order confirmation email, we will process it within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For larger orders, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for preparation.
For our domestic customers within the US, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 business days.
The candle is darling, but it was damaged in transit. There was not enough tissue paper around the candle to prevent it from being damaged. This is to be a gift, but I am now debating whether to try to repair it or give as-is with an apology. I strongly recommend that the company wrap more tissue paper around the candle to prevent damage to future purchases.
